Purchasing a home in Cherry Knolls carries no obligation to pay homeowner's dues, but we hope you decide to pay our very reasonable dues. Year after year two-thirds of your neighbors voluntarily pay dues. Voluntary dues are $120/year. Membership helps maintain common areas in the neighborhood, support neighborhood activities, and improve the appearance of our perimeter fence. Members have voting rights in homeowner's association matters, and also receive the neighborhood phone directory. The Cherry Knolls Swim Club (the pool) and Cherry Knolls Improvement Association (CKIA) are not affiliated organizations. Membership to the pool is purchased on an annual basis, and is not included with membership to CKIA. |
