 Voluntary dues are $120/year. Membership helps maintain common areas in the neighborhood, support neighborhood activities, and improve the appearance of our perimeter fence. Members have voting rights in homeowner's association matters, and also receive the neighborhood phone directory. The Cherry Knolls Swim Club (the Pool) and Cherry Knolls Improvement Association (CKIA, the Homeowner's Association) are not affiliated organizations. Membership to the pool is purchased on an annual basis, and is not included with membership to the Homeowner's Association. |
